Royal Enfield Classic 350 gets two new colour options [Dec 02, 2020]
ROYAL ENFIELD CLASSIC 350 GETS TWO NEW COLOUR OPTIONS, METALLO SILVER AND ORANGE EMBER
The Classic 350 has been released with new colour options — Orange Ember and Metallo Silver and both look stunning to say the least with the added accessory touches.These models are a part of the Royal Enfield ‘Make-It-Yours’ – MiY package which is now available on the Classic 350.
The new shades Metallo Silver and Orange Ember have been priced at Rs 2.14 lakh, on-road Mumbai, making it Rs 15,328 more premium over the standard Classic Black. Also, the new options are available only on the dual-channel ABS version of the Classic 350.
With the two Orange Ember and Metallo Silver variants, Royal Enfield has thrown in new alloy wheels and tubeless tyres. Additionally, with the MiY option, customers can now customise and accessorise their own motorcycle on all channels, dealerships, website and the Royal Enfield smartphone app.
In terms of mechanicals, the 346cc single-cylinder unit produces 19.1PS of power at 5,250rpm and generates a torque of 28Nm at 4,000rpm, mated with a 5-speed gearbox. The motorcycle is underpinned by a single downtube frame with 35mm forks and 130mm travel in the front whereas the rear gets a twin gas-charged shock absorbers that are 5-step adjustable and have 80mm travel. With the two new colour options, the Classic 350 dual-channel ABS is now available in a total of eight colour choices, namely the Stealth Black, Chrome Black, Gunmetal Grey, Classic Black Stormrider Sand and Airborne Blue.
The Royal Enfield Classic 350 is the very motorcycle that started the entry-level modern classic genre in India, which now has the presence of the Benelli Imperiale 400 along with two new players. One is from RE's own stable, the all-new Meteor 350, a replacement to the Thunderbird series and the second is the Honda Highness CB 350, a roadster that marked the debut of Honda in this segment.
