First look at the Hyundai Creta

Hyundai Creta, one of the most awaited products of the year, will be launched in the third week of July.

This will be Hyundai’s artillery in the compact SUV battlefield whose belligerents are the Renault Duster, the Ford Ecosport and the Nissan Terrano.

The Creta has the potential to do better than its competition because of the wider service network, more premium interiors and feature packed variants.

Hyundai will be launching this compact SUV with two diesel engines mainly a 1.4 litre and a 1.6 litre and a 1.6 litre petrol engine. Both the diesel engines will be paired to a six-speed manual gearbox while the 1.6 litre diesel engine will come with the option of an automatic gearbox. However, the 1.6 litre petrol will come only with a five-speed manual gearbox.
