The Apache RTR is naturally aspirated , air-cooled , two-valve engine manages performance which is as good as a bike that has 60 cc and 4 PS more.
Purely by virtue of its handling characteristics , the bike delivers power to the wheels .The over-square , high-revving screamer engine is favourable for track performance. the bike has its fundamentals right.
The major chunk of the power is concentrated in the upper band of the rev range , though the mid-range surge is still reasonably stronger than the R15. The tyres on the RTR are satisfactory, thouh they could have been reasonably better. The rock solid built and an extremely revy engine means you won't feel apprehensive while thrashing around in it.
