Mercedes-Benz India has appointed Santhosh Iyer as the new Managing Director and CEO.
Iyer is the first Indian to head Mercedes-Benz India. He has been with the brand since 2009. In 2016, he was appointed as VP – Customer Services and Retail Training Business. Later in 2019, he took charge as the VP – Sales and Marketing.
Iyer will take charge of his new responsibilities from January 1, 2023. He replaces Martin Schwenk, who has been appointed as the CEO of Mercedes-Benz Thailand.
