The controls were effortlessly light, the six-speed gearbox shifted easily and the power delivery was docile and rider-friendly.Stability at speed was never an issue, even when I was crouched as low as possible with my bum on the pillion seat band left hand gripping the fork leg in search of the last bit of speed.
