Expected Launch Date:
Japanese car maker Honda enjoyed a great run with the Accord in India, but later on sales started tapering down and finally the company withdrew the car from the Indian market. Till its withdrawal a total of 8 generations of the car had been launched in india.
Now, the company is planning to launch the 9th generation of the car in India. The car will be priced in the bracket of Rs. 23-27 lacs. The ninth generation of the car , shown globally comes with two diesel and two petrol eninge options and we expect the same options to be brought to India.
This time around the Honda Accord will face tough competition - not just from its old rivals the Skoda Superb and Toyota Camry but also from the Audi A3 and Merc CLA Class in India.
